Four Easy Steps Uniquely

Designed to prevent browning and keep your seasoning sauce fresh.

Step ①: Place the guacamole or other sauces that need to be stored in the container.

Step ②: Place cover on container and lock lid with 3 clips - keeping the large tab on top of the lid still open.

Step ③: Place the container on the elevator and push it down gently. Squeeze out all the air until the sauce to be stored appears at the top of the hole.

Step ④: Close the tab to form an air-tight seal.

 This little gadget is honestly amazing.. it is a bit finicky to figure out how it works, but once you get it, it is really good! We made guacamole and kept it for over a week - it was still completely green and fresh!! I've never even heard of guacamole lasting that long... I'm sufficiently amazed.

 Okay, my husband thinks I'm the gadget queen and purchase things that don't work. Proved him wrong on this one! He was so impressed! The first word of caution, the first time that you put the guacamole in the container, DO NOT PUSH HARD!! Gentle is the name of the game unless you want guacamole shooting out of the spout on top, which I did! This container kept the guacamole fresh, green, and good for a week!
